Do I have to pay for Shipping?

The answer is Yes and Not. We are offering "Free Shipping" for almost all orders for a few countries. This is the Free Shipping Country List:

United States
United Kingdom
Australia
Canada
Netherlands
Spain Sweden

For some products, especially the products under $5, we've made a limit order for the free shipping. You'll see the limit in shipping section while you're checking out.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery might take a couple of weeks, sometimes slightly longer. You can track your order at Track Order page. Please allow 30 days before contacting us. No email correspondence will be entered into on the subject of delivery until after this period. This is to allow for any delays in the postal system and to keep email administration down to a manageable level.
